105 Redbank Road - Change to Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom I may concern: I John Barraclough do
hereby give notice that I have applied to the
Licensing Authority at Blackpool Council Licensing
Services for a variation Premises Licence at: 105
Redbank Road, Bispham, FY2 9HZ and known as
Soundwave. The application is to:- The application
is to extend the hours to Supply of Alcohol (on and
off Sales), and to add Recorded Music (indoors),
Late Night Refreshments (indoors) and Anything of
a Similar Description (indoors) to the licensable
activities, and change to the Annex 2 Conditions.
Any person wishing to make representations to the
application may do so by writing to The Licensing
Manager, Licensing Services, Blackpool Council,
PO Box 4, Blackpool, FY1 1NA, not later than 30
June 2025. Representations after this date cannot
be considered. All representations MUST BE IN
WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed
at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal
office hours or on the council website:

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
