Application For New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited has applied in respect of the KFC Millbrook Roundabout, Southampton, SO16 9SH for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Late night refreshment –
23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant),
23:00 to 02:00 – Sunday through Thursday (the morning following) for drive thru and delivery collection,
23:00 to 03:00 – Friday and Saturday (the morning following) for drive thru and delivery collection.
Opening hours –
09:30 to 02:00 the following morning Sunday – Thursday &
09:30 – 03:00 the following morning Friday & Saturday.
After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru collection service only. (No customer access into the restaurant).
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access
(www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or Licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 4 June 2025 and 2 July 2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
