Licensing Authority: Hertsmere Borough Council

Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Team, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1WA (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours).

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

    1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 0000 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises.

  1. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0500 daily.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 27 June 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
