What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Pub People Company Ltd has applied to North East Derbyshire District Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of Tupton Tap, Derby Road, Old Tupton, Chesterfield, S42 6LA.
The nature of the application is to extend the licensable area, the purpose being to allow the existing garage to be converted to an outdoor bar. Please refer to drg ref: DB/PP/25/165/01.

no later than 1 st July 2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
