NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that we Ronnies Limited t/a McDonald’s have
applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003,
for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises
known as McDonald’s, Owl Lane, Shaw Cross, Dewsbury,

WF12 7RQ. The variation is to extend the hours for Late-
night Refreshment to 23:00-05:00 every day and the

opening hours to 05:00-05:00 every day, allowing the
premises to trade 24/7 instore and via the drive-thru and
deliveries. Interested parties and responsible authorities
may make representations regarding the application where
they believe that the proposed activities would undermine
any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations
must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint
Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG
or by email at

licensing@kirklees.gov.uk

by 2nd July 2025.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do
so at the above address during normal office hours or online
at

www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing


It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and on
summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding
£5000.
