Does hereby give notice that on 05 June 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a restaurant, yet to be named, at: 15 Broadwater Street West, Worthing, BN14 9BT
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 09:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday - Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : A&W Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 03 JULY 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
