APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that McDonald’s Restaurants
Limited has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council on 4th June 2025 for the grant of a new premises
licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Land North of
Campbell Way, Dinnington, S25 3QD. The proposed
application is to permit the provision of late night
refreshment for consumption on and off the premises on
Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 to 05:00. It is open to any
person to make representations to the application.

The last date for the receipt of representations is 2nd July
2025. Any person wish to view the Licensing Register may
do so by visiting the Council’s website,
www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and on
summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
