NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: Blyton Ice Cream Ltd. to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as: Blyton Ice Cream Showground which are situated at:
Field Rear of 94 High Street, Blyton Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 3LA
The proposed licensed activity(ies) to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
Films, Supply of Alcohol, Live Music
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only)
Any representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by: 30th June 2025
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
