What is proposed?

Local Government (Miscellaneous
Provisions) (NI) Order 1985

Take notice that an application dated 12th June
2025 has been made under Article 3, Schedule
1 of the above Order for an Entertainments
Licence permitting; boxing; wrestling; judo;
karate; or any other similar sport; billiards;
pool; snooker or any other similar game; darts;
a theatrical performance; dancing; singing; or
music or any other entertainment of a like kind
at the Old Town Hall, Banbridge.
Representations in relation to the application
may be made by giving notice to the Chief
Executive of Armagh City, Banbridge and
Craigavon Borough Council, stating in general
terms the nature of the representation, not later
than 28 days after the date of the application.
