NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Liverpool Lodge Limited have applied to Lichfield District Council for a new premises licence for The Botanist, Unit 4, The Roof Top, Darwin Building, Three Spires Shopping Centre as follows:

To permit the sale of alcohol and
the provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 09:00 and
02:00 Thursday to Saturday, all plus 30 minutes dispersal. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between the
hours of 09:00 and 01:30 Sunday to Wednesday and 09:00 and 02:30 Thursday to Saturday. Full details of the application

Representations should be made in writing to
the Licensing Authority at the above address or email address no later than 4th July 2025. It is an offence to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
