NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

I, Patricia Murray, of NNN Retail Ltd, hereby give notice that on the 10th Day of June 2025 I applied to Cheshire West & Chester Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a licence to use the premises at, 127 - 129 Brook Street, Chester, CH1 3DU as a sex shop. 

Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to Licensing Team, Cheshire West & Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port Cheshire, CH65 0BA, no later than the 7th Day of July 2025. Cheshire West & Chester Council may not without the consent of the objector reveal his name and address.
