What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd has applied to Hackney BC for a Premises Licence for Popeyes, 14 Kingsland High Street London E8 2JP to provide Late Night Refreshment on and off daily 11pm until 3am.

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: http://www.hackney.gov.uk/ or at Council Offices, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY, tel. 020 8356 3000, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Mon–Fri. You may also email licensing@hackney.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 26 June 2025.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
