The application was lodged with the Council on 21/05/2025 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by 17/06/2025
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
