What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE LICENCE MADE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982, PART II, SCHEDULE 3.

Notice is hereby given that We TEMPTATIONS T2 LTD of 6-8 UNION STREET, PLYMOUTH, PL1 2SR applied on 5th June 2025 to Plymouth City Council in respect of the premises known as: TEMPTATIONS T2 for the Renewal of a Licence to use the premises as a Sex Establishment: A LAP DANCING & POLE DANCING VENUE Days and Hours of Opening: Monday-Sunday 9pm-5am, Proceeding Christmas week only 10am-5am. Brief Description of the Licensable Activity: Regulated adult entertainment (lap dancing & pole dancing). Any person wishing to submit a representation to the application should write to Licensing Office, Public Protection Service or by email to licensing. plymouth.gov.uk (for electronic representations please also provide your postal address) by no later than: 25th June 2025, Letters in support can also be sent to the Public Protection Service Manager by that date. Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
