Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We Southern District Federation of Young Farmers Clubs have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as GRID REF F19 & G19 Westmorland County Show Ground Lane Farm Crooklands Milnthorpe LA7 7NH.

The proposed licensable activities are: Sat/Sun 13-14th Sept 2025 Playing Recorded Music 1900-0100 Late Night Refreshment 2300-0130 Sale Of Alcohol 1900-0100 Hours Open to Public 1900-0130.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Kendal - Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or email: licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 26th June 2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.
