NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Superbowl UK Basingstoke Limited has submitted a premises licence application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

The application is for a new licence for the premises known as Superbowl UK Basingstoke, 43-49 Queen Anne's Walk, Festival Place, Basingstoke, RG21 7BE. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices. London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH no later than 24/06/2025. The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, www.basingstoke.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
