What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Application for A Premises Licence (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to South Kesteven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Homebase), Unit 2, Stamford Retail Park, Ryhall Road, Stamford PE9 1TX to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
The application will be available for inspection by request to the licensing Team at South Kesteven District Council.
All representations made by any persons or responsible authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing, on the appropriate form available on our website to the Grantham office at Licensing Team, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or via email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk.
The last date for representations is 4 July 2025.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application.The Maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
