What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: The Plant Place Garden Centre Hereby give notice that we have applied to Wyre Council (The Licensing Authority), for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises authorising regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol as follows:
Live Music, Recorded Music & Performance of Dance (Indoors) on New Years Eve between 23:00 hours and 02:00 hours of the following day.
Sale of alcohol (on and off premises) – Monday to Saturday 1100 to 2300, Sunday 1100 to 22.30 & New Years Eve 1100 to 01.30 hours. Opening hours - Monday to Sunday 0900 to 2300 and New Years Eve 1200 to 0200 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to
The Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU no later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000. Dated: 5 June 2025
