APPLICATION TO VARY A
PREMISES LICENCE


Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED
has applied to Chorley Council to vary a Premises
Licence in respect of premises known as Euxton
Mills Hotel, Wigan Road, Euxton, Chorley,
Lancashire, PR7 6JD.
The proposed variation has been submitted to
request the change of layout of the premises by
way of increase of licenced area to include garden
area and addition of outdoor bar. This variation will
further request the permissions for the provision of
live and recorded music in the outdoor area of the
premises.

before 26th June 2025. The Council’s Licensing
Register where a record of this application may be
inspected is kept at the above address. The

the maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
