What is proposed?

Section 34: Application to Vary a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that: We, Tesco Stores Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority at the City of Westminster Council on 29/05/2025 for the variation of the premises licence at Tesco Express, Ground Floor, 425 Harrow Road, London, W10 4RE.

The application to vary the premises licence proposes to:

• Vary the approved internal layout of the premises contained within Annex 4 of the licence, as per the latest drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority (enclosed with the application).

• Add an additional licensable activity to be authorised by the licence: the provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00.

• Vary the Opening Hours of the premises as stated on the licence to: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.

• Remove conditions 7 and 14 contained within Annex 3 of the licence.

• Amend conditions 17 and 25 contained within Annex 3 of the licence.

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice of their representation in writing and stating the grounds for making said representation.

Representations can be made the Licensing Authority via post to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or via email to Licensing@Westminster.gov.uk. The last date by which representations can be made is 26/06/2025. The public register of the Licensing Authority where applications are kept and available to be inspected by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
