APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of the KFC, Sittingbourne Retail Park, Mill Way Sittingbourne, ME10 2XD for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Late Night Refreshments: 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant). 23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday (the following morning) for drive thru and delivery collection only
Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru collection service only. (No customer access into the restaurant).

Any person may make a representation in writing by post to Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT or by email: licensing@swale.gov.uk by 1 July 2025.The application is available for inspection at the same address during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
