Parade Street - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?

I, Rachel Gunderson, have applied to Cornwall Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence for: The Honey Pot, 5 Parade Street, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4BU.
The variation is due to alterations to the internal layout of the premises and adding of a service hatch to serve food and drinks to takeaway customers.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR during normal office hours or online at www.cornwall.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 01/07/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
