Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Croup Food Limited have applied to vary their premises license at Co-op,27-29a Morshead Road, Crownhill, Plymouth, Devon PL6 5AD to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the Premises fun Mon to Sun 0660 - 2360 to 0600 2400 (24 hours) and to add Late Night Refreshment as a licensable activity Mon to Sun 2300 - 0500. 

The store will dose to the public at 2300 and re-open at 0600 on the following day. All sales between 2300 0600 will be for on-line delivery only Conditions will apply. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to licensing, Public Protection Service, Ballard House, Ph/mouth PL1 3BJ Or Email to liconsing@plymcuth.gov.uk by 27 June 2025.

The Application may be viewed during opening hour at Council Offices or https://www.plymouth.gov.uW current-licensing-applications It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application ands punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offense.
