APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Clokken Ltd has applied in
respect of the KFC, 1 Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, BN22
7SG for the grant of a new premises licence under the
Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Late Night Refreshments 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday
through Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in
(restaurant)
23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday (the following
morning) for drive thru and delivery collection only (no
customer access into the restaurant).
Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning
every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week
the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru collection
service only.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the
grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds
of his/her objection to
