NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has
applied to Eastbourne Borough Council on 29th May 2025
for the grant of a premises licence for McDonald’s
Restaurants, Unit 9 The Crumbles Shopping Park, Pevensey
Bay Road, Eastbourne, BN23 6JH for the provision of late
night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00
Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the
premises. Any person who desires to make a representation
to the grant should send a brief written statement of the

grounds of his/her objection to:-

Hall, Grove Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4UG. No later than
midnight on 26th June 2025. The register and records of
applications may be viewed at the above council office
during normal office hours; summaries are available via

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
