Notice is hereby given that on 25.05.2025 an application was made to HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL by 2 Shellworks Limited, 20 Silchester Road, St Leonards on Sea TN38 0JB to obtain a premises license for the premises known as 3 Dayglo Studios, 20 Silchester Road, St Leonards on Sea TN38 0JB in the following respects: Supply of alcohol Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am to 8pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am to 10pm.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application for variation, should write to the Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY;
within twenty eight consecutive days of the application date shown above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
