NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
We Mr Roger Foster and Mrs Alison Foster hereby give notice that we have applied on 30 May 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Wedding Marquee, Rectory Farm, Madingley Farm of Cambridge CB23 7PG The variation is for: an extension of the supply of alcohol area under the existing premises licence from the Wedding Marquee to include the main building of the Rectory Farm.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 27 June 2025 to: Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge CB1 0JH or via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
