PUBLIC CONSULTATION APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application(s):- 25/00228/S73
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary condition 2 to planning permission 15/00332/FUL to facilitate the introduction of battery storage units under some of the permitted solar farm panels to allow storage of energy generated by the panels as part of the operation of the site. It is proposed to substitute drawings under Condition 2 to show the battery storage units at Land Bounded By Dismantled Railway And Situated To The South Of Johnsons Lane Widnes Cheshire
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
