What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that we Anderbay Limited have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: The Snug & Chatter, 6-8 Bank Street, Wetherby, LS22 6NQ
We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:
Sale by retail of alcohol: Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the premises
Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:00
Sunday 10:00 - 23:30
Performance of live music: Activity will take place Indoors Every Day 12:00 - 23:00
Other details:
General Instrumental and vocal background music Performance of recorded music: Activity will take place Both indoors and outdoors Every Day 10:00 - 00:00
Added Condition: Outside terrace background music to be turned off at 21.00
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 24th June 2025 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
