APPLICATION HAS TODAY BEEN MADE TO THE COUNCIL FOR THE ABOVE LICENCE/CERTIFICATE BY Name of applicant/club: TFP (Halifax) Ltd
Address of premises/club: 14 Broad Street Plaza, Halifax, HX1 1YA FOR Live and recorded music and the sale of alcohol. Hours of operation = Sunday to Thursday inclusive – 09:00 to 01:00, Friday and Saturday – 09:00 to 02:00 (New Years Eve – 09:00 to 04:00).

. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 12th June 2025. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
