What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under
Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Valhalla (York) Ltd have applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as 6 Grape Lane, Whitby, YO22 4BA.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Provision of recorded music (indoors)
Sale of Alcohol (on the premises only)
Opening hours 11am to 23:00 Sunday to
Thursday and 11am to 23:30pm Friday and Saturday.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by North Yorkshire Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG. no later than 20th June 2025 stating the grounds for the representation.
