What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Jeanette Levick has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 163 Brook Hill, Thorpe Hesley, Rotherham S61 2QF.
The application seeks consent to allow:
 Sale of alcohol on Monday to Saturday between 11am and 11pm and on Sunday
between 12 noon and 10pm; and
 Recorded music inside on Monday to Saturday between 9am and 11pm and on
Sunday between 9am and 10pm; and outside until 8pm at the latest.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

licensing@rotherham.gov.uk

The last date for the receipt of representations is 25th June 2025.

www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
