NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

MAGISTRATES’ COURT FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

SITTING AT DUNGANNON

TAKE NOTICE that Sitting Sip Limited having its registered office at 88 Ratheen Avenue, Cookstown BT80 8HL intend at the

Magistrates' Court sitting at The Courthouse, Killyman Road, Dungannon on Friday the 20 th day of June 2025 at 10.30 am to

apply for the transfer to the company of a licence at present held by Kevin Quinn of 1 Millrace Drive, Moneymore BT45 7TJ for

the premises situate at and known as Sit & Sip Bar, 28 Littlebridge Road, Drummullan, Moneymore BT45 7XX being premises of

the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-

5(1)(a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by



retail for consumption either in or off the premises.



A Protection Order authorising Sitting Sip Limited having its registered office at 88 Ratheen Avenue, Cookstown BT80 8HL to

carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 17 th day of January 2025 by the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the

Courthouse, Killyman Road, Dungannon for the period of six months from the date of the Order.

The following body corporate owns the business to be carried on under the Licence:-

Sitting Sip Ltd of which the following person is sole director and the person having financial control:-

Lee Jones of 88 Ratheen Avenue, Cookstown BT80 8HL.

The owners of the premises are Rory McVey and Kate McVey.

The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
