What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Chongie Entertainment UK Limited of the following address: 3-5 Wardour Street, London, W1D 6PB, are applying under section 164 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary an AGC premises licence issued under that Act.
The application relates to the following premises: Little Vegas, 320 Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2DX. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to vary the licensable area which results in an overall decrease in the area used for licensable activities. The application has been made to: London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8FL. (licensing@harrow.gov.uk).
Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 19th June 2025.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
