What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Taverns & Pubs LTD has applied to Leeds City Council for grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the premises to be known as Brewery Wharf Tavern, Ground Floor 3 Brewery Place, Leeds LS10 1NE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, recorded music and live music) Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 02:00 the following day and Sunday 08:00 to Midnight. The sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 02:00 the following day and Sunday 08:00 to Midnight. Late Night Refreshment from Monday to Saturday from 23:00 to 02:30 the following day and Sunday 23:00 to 00:30 the following day. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 02:30 the following day and Sunday 08:00 to 00:30 the following day.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any other person regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR, or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,

no later than 27/06/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection to this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
