What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd
has applied to Luton BC for a Premises Licence for
Popeyes, Unit 3, Hatters Way Retail Park, Chaul
End Lane, Maidenhall, Luton LU4 8EZ to provide
for late night refreshment on and off daily 11pm
until 4am.
A register of licensing applications can be
inspected at Town Hall, Luton, Beds LU1 2BQ by
appointment. Any person wishing to submit
representations to this application must give notice
in writing to the licensing authority at the above
address giving in detail the grounds of objection by
20 June 2025. Copies of all representations will be
included in the papers presented to the Licensing
Panel and will therefore pass into the public
domain. Representations must relate to one of the
four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime
and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public
nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited
fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with this application.
