What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Akito Limited in respect of
Premises known as Jake’s Bar & Grill, 27-29 Call Lane,
Leeds, LS1 7BT applied to Leeds City Council for a
Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is
to extend: 1. Provision of regulated entertainment (to
include recorded and live music) from the current hours of
Monday to Wednesday 11:00 until 03:00, Thursday to
Saturday 11:00 until 04:00 and Sunday 12:00 until 02:00 to
Monday to Saturday 11:00 until 04:00 and Sunday 12:00
until 04:00. 2. The sale of alcohol from the current hours
of Monday to Wednesday 11:00 until 02:30, Thursday to
Saturday 11:00 until 03:30 and Sunday 12:00 until 01:30 to
Monday to Saturday 11:00 until 03:30 and Sunday 12:00
until 03:30. 3. Late night refreshment from the current hours
of Monday to Wednesday 23:00 until 03:00, Thursday to
Saturday 23:00 until 04:00 and Sunday 23:00 to 02:00 to
Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 04:00. The opening hours
of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 04:00
and Sunday 12:00 until 04:00. Full details of the application
can be viewed upon request. Any representations about this
application must be made in writing by 26th June 2025 and
sent to the Licensing Service, Leeds City Council,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or via email
