Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Sarah WEBB T/A Steam Coniston, to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: 3B Lake Road, Coniston, Cumbria LA21 8EW to allow the following activities to take place: On & Off Sales of alcohol: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 – 23:00hrs

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing, including the reasons for objection, to:

Kendal Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4UQ

or by email: licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than: 17/06/2025. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
