Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit K, Maybird Retail Park, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 0HZ.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Stratford-onAvon District Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol o f the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 24th June 2025 to Licensing Team, Stratford-onAvon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6HX.
Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@stratforddc.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
