NOTICE is hereby given that, Mode ‘n’ Art Ltd applied on May 23rd 2025 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as:
MODE N ART
1 Hereford Street, Sale, M33 7XN
under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:
Sale/supply of alcohol between the hours of:
Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 20:00
Friday and Saturday - 08:00 to 21:00
Sunday and Public Holidays - 08:00 to 19:00
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted (23rd May 2025)

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
