What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom I may concern: I John Barraclough do
hereby give notice that I have applied to the
Licensing Authority at Blackpool Council Licensing
Services for a variation Premises Licence at 105
Redbank Road, Bispham, FY2 9HZ and known as
Soundwave. The application is to:-
Extend opening hours from 12.00 noon – 11.00 pm
Sunday
Extend opening hours from 10.00am – 11.00pm
Monday to Thursday
Extend opening hours from 10.00am – 11.30pm
Friday to Saturday
Extend outside area from 10.00am – 10.00pm
to include amplified music.
Any person wishing to make representations to the
application may do so by writing to The Licensing
Manager, Licensing Services, Blackpool Council,
PO Box 4, Blackpool, FY1 1NA, not later than 12
June 2025. Representations after this date cannot
be considered. All representations MUST BE IN
WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed
at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal
office hours or on the council website:

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
