What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Divine Convenience Store
Limited has applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of
a Premises Licence in respect of Divine Convenience Store
located at 14 - 16 Tong Street, Leeds, LS12 1HX. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Supply
of Alcohol (off the premises) Monday to Sunday 07:00 until
23:00. Opening hours of the premises Monday to Sunday
07:00 until 23:00. Full details of the application can be
viewed upon request.
Any representations about this application must be made in
writing by 25th June 2025 and sent to the Licensing
Service, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
or via email

The record of the application may be inspected at the
address of the council, given above, during normal business
hours or on the council's website
