Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, Unit 2, The Depot, Belgrave Road, Exeter, Devon EX1 2FT to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Mat to Sat 0600 - 0000 to 00X1- 2400 (24 hat’s) and to add Late Night Refreshment as a licensable activity Mon to Sun 2300 - 0500.

The store will close to the public at COCO and re-open at 0603 at the following day.

All sales between CID - 0600 will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter 13(1 1RQ Cr Email to licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk by 27 June 2025.

The Application may be viewed during opening hots at Council Offices or https://exeter.gov.uk/licensing/It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offense.
