Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Tamworth Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Winning Post, Argyle Street, Glascote, Tamworth, B77 3EW.
The proposed variation has been submitted to request the extension of licenced area (as per attached plan).
This application will request the extension of the following licensable activities and hours on a Friday and Saturday night only:-
Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music,
Recorded Music, Performance of Dance Sunday- Thursday:- 11:00 – 23:00, Friday- Saturday:- 11:00 – 01:00
Sale of Alcohol (on & off premises):-
Sunday- Thursday:- 10:00 – 23:00, Friday- Saturday:- 10:00 – 01:00
Opening Hours:-
Sunday- Thursday:- 10:00 – 23:30
Friday- Saturday:- 10:00 – 01:30
Late Night Refreshment:-
Sunday- Thursday:- 23:00 – 23:30
Friday- Saturday:- 23:00 – 01:00
The proposed variation will also request the removal of the following conditions 1, 3 4 & 6 from Annex 36 from annex 2, to remove any reference to Good Friday and to extend all standard timings from 10:00 – 01:00.
