What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Chelsea Events & Entertainment Ltd has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect Rico Lounge and Club, Ground Floor & Basement, 11 Russell Gardens, London, W14 8EZ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Regulated Entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:30 the following day and Monday 10:00 until 00:00.
2. Sale of alcohol (on & off the premises) Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:30 the following day and Monday 10:00 until 00:00.
3. Late night refreshment from Tuesday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:30 the following day and Monday 23:00 to 00:00.
4. The opening hours of the premises will be Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00 the following day and Monday 10:00 to 00:30.
