Notice is hereby given that TAG Licences Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 27/05/25 for new premises licences for: Lower Ground Floor, 142 Buckingham Palace Road, LONDON SW1W 9TR The proposed application is to permit the sale by retail of alcohol between 15:30 and 20:00hrs on Thursday & Fridays, both ON and OFF the premises (but within the building and to occupiers thereof only). Anyone wishing to make a representation in regard to this application can do so online via the ‘make a comment’ button (once the application has been searched on the Council’s online licensing register via the link above). Representations can also be made via email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk or in writing sent to Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor West, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1P 6QP. The last date for representations to be received by the Licensing Authority is 24th June 2025. The Licensing Authority must receive representations in writing by this date. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
