UPDATE OF LICENCING PLAN, To extend the Licensing Area

AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS, As agreed with West Midlands Police. ADDITION OF ACTIVITIES, Films/Indoor Sporting Events - Mon to Sun - 00:00hrs to 23:59hrs. LateNight Refreshment - Mon to Sun - 23:00hrs to 05:00hrs.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e., by midnight on TUESDAY 24th JUNE 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
