NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: M&S Simply Food, Bristol International Airport, Public Transport Interchange (PTI), Northside Road, Bristol, BS48 3DY.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner UK Ltd has applied to North Somerset Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 00.00 to 24.00 daily;

2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 until 05.00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to North Somerset Council Licensing Team Town Hall Walliscote Grove Road Weston Super Mare Somerset BS23 1UJ or licensing@n-somerset.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 25 June 2025.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.n-somerset.gov.uk

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
