Notice of application for variation of a premises licence

NOTICE THAT Everards Brewery Limited Has applied to VARY the PREMISES LICENCE for: Everards Meadows, 9 Cooper Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE192AN Substituting current trading plan for a revised plan showing a shipping container as an outside bar and a larger external area reconfigured with additional seating.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, Blaby District Council Desford Road Narborough Leicestershire, LE19 2EP, 0116 275 0555, email licensing@blaby.gov.uk

Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 25th June 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
