Notice is hereby given that we Shawbury Sports and Recreation Centre have made an application for a full variation to the premises licence held at Carradine Road, Shawbury, SY4 4PB for the following days / hours.
Monday - Thursday
Licensable Activities From 9.00am- To 11.00pm
Opening Hours From 9.00am - To 11.30pm
Friday and Saturday
Licensable Activities From 9.00am- To 11.30pm
Opening Hours From 9.00am - To 00.00pm
Sunday - Licensable Activities From 9.00am- To 11.00pm
Opening Hours From 9.00am - To 11.30pm
Alterations to conditions, activities or site plans as follows:
Supply of alcohol on and off the premises, indoor films, live and recorded music, Christmas and New Years Eve.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Team on

licensing@shropshire.gov.uk

or to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND within 28 days from the date of this notice.

or at the above address during normal office hours by arrangement with the Licencing Team
Dated May 22, 2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
